At DaiDaR Baseball, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate as a specialized marketplace for exclusive pieces, vintage baseball jerseys, and collectible baseball gear, the following commercial rules apply to all returns:

1. Return Window: You have up to 7 calendar days from the exact moment the USPS tracking system marks the package as "Delivered" to request a return.
2. Item Condition: Items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received: unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached (if applicable), and in their original packaging.
3. Automated Process: To initiate a return, go to your Profile > My Orders and press the "Request Return" button. The system will automatically use our EasyPost API to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label for you to print and stick on your package.
4. Refunds: Once the seller verifies that the returned jersey or item is in perfect condition, Stripe will automatically process your full refund directly to your original credit or debit card within 3 to 5 business days.

The seller pays return shipping when the item is damaged, wrong, or not as published. The buyer pays it when the return is the buyer's mistake or change of mind. An admin assigns who pays during review.
